End of Ride

In the rare event that you damage the interior or exterior of a driver’s vehicles you are subject to a $250 repair / cleaning charge. This charge can occur from becoming sick in the vehicle, permanent damage due to food or beverage or negligence to the outside of the vehicle. If the driver indicates that the damage far exceeds the standard charge an investigation will began to review the case. In some cases, the user may be responsible for the entire repair of the vehicle.
Sitbaq is totally a cashless mobile application. Once the ride is completed, you can select Ride History and select your ride. Now, select the tips button to add a dollar amount of your choosing. 100% of tip amount goes to drivers.
Sitbaq provides the ability to rate your current service experience. Simply click on Ride History, select your recent ride and provide a star rating. Rating a driver is extremely important and provides feedback to not only the driver but Sitbaq as well. Additionally, you can also select Feedback from menu and provide a detailed feedback about your past rides and driver.
The easiest approach is to contact the driver to follow up. We also recommend you email The Sitbaq team will also follow up with the driver to assist in the recovery of lost items. Please be aware that there is a possibility that the item(s) may not be able to be recovered.

To get a copy of your receipt you can request one through the Sitbaq app. Simply log in and select Ride History from menu to see a list of the rides you have taken. Click the “need receipt” and a copy will be emailed to you at the email address we have on file.
